QPACK (RFC 9204): the header compression format used in HTTP/3, replacing HPACK. Unlike HPACK which assumes in-order delivery, QPACK allows out-of-order QUIC streams by using separate unidirectional encoder and decoder streams for dynamic table updates, so compression of one stream never blocks another.
