RU: polymorphic IC

An inline-cache state where a call site has seen between two and four distinct object shapes. V8 maintains a small array of (hidden class, offset) pairs and checks each on access. Slower than monomorphic because of the linear scan, but still faster than megamorphic; TurboFan can still inline fast paths for a small polymorphic set.
