RU: DoQ

DNS over QUIC (RFC 9250): carries DNS queries directly over QUIC streams on port 853, combining the encryption of DoT with per-query stream isolation that eliminates head-of-line blocking. Measured latency is close to plain UDP DNS, while each query travels in its own stream and cannot stall others on packet loss.
