RU: at-most-once

A message-delivery guarantee where a message is sent once and never retried, so it is delivered zero or one time. The producer fires and forgets, or the consumer commits offsets before processing; data loss is possible, but duplicates are not. Appropriate when missing a small fraction of messages is acceptable, such as high-volume telemetry.
