RU: AppendEntries

The Raft RPC that a leader sends to followers both to replicate log entries and as a periodic heartbeat. When carrying entries, the message includes the leader's term, the preceding entry's index and term (for consistency checking), the entries to append, and the leader's commit index. Followers reject entries whose preceding-entry check fails, triggering a log rollback until leader and follower logs agree.
